Welcome to Art Inspired, where we are dedicated to providing free art lessons in support of children who receive unequal opportunity in Anchorage, Alaska. Our mission is to empower children through creativity, building confidence, and fostering a sense of community.
Message from founder
Hello, My name is Luna Pace and I am I student at South Anchorage high school. Growing up, art has always been a passion of mine, and as I get older, I have found myself incorporating it into almost every aspect of my life. Throughout the years art has helped positively shape my relationship with the world. Consequently, I created this free art program to inspire children through art the same way I was. I believe if children can see the magic in a creation of their own, they will be able to apply this initiative to other aspects of their lives. Below I've included some of my artwork.
Benefits for Children
Through our free art lessons at the Anchorage public library, children have the opportunity to explore their creativity, learn new skills, and develop a sense of self-expression. Art Inspired aims to ignite a passion for art in every child and provides the resources to do so.
